II. TUJUAN JABATAN
Memonitor dan mengawasi kegiatan sales dan pencapaian yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing Sales Officer di bawah pengawasannya guna memenuhi target pencairan kredit dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh managemen


III. TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA
1. Merencanakan dan mengelola strategi penetrasi pasar meliputi eksebisi, presentasi, canvassing, penawaran ke perusahaan-perusaha an dan sales blitz dari team guna mencapai target sales yang telah ditetapkan
2. Memonitor, mengawasi dan mengikuti perkembangan status dari kegiatan dan pencapaian team dalam mengkonversi referral menjadi appointment dan aplikasi melalui laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan guna mencapai target produktifitas
3. Memonitor dan mengawasi kinerja team terhadap validitas, kebenaran dan pemenuhan persyaratan aplikasi dan dokumen guna memastikan kelayakan untuk masuk ke tahap Processing
4. Memonitor dan mengikuti perkembangan status dari aplikasi team yang masuk ke Processing guna memastikan pencapaian target pencairan bulanan
5. Memonitor, mengawasi, dan memberikan masukan atas pencapaian KPI bulanan terhadap target yang telah ditetapkan
7. Memberikan coaching kepada para Sales Officer guna meningkatkan kinerja para Sales Officer
8. Melakukan kegiatan rekruitmen dan seleksi bersama dengan unit People Development guna memastikan bahwa kualifikasi dan jumlah SO telah sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan
9. Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan untuk dilaporkan pada Area Sales Manager
10. Melakukan, mengawasi dan mematuhi peraturan 3No's yang ditetapkan oleh Management meliputi No Delay, No Error, No Special Payment guna menjaga kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah

IV. HUBUNGAN KERJA
1. Kepala Cabang: Menjalin hubungan yang baik untuk referral (All products)
2. Developer & Brokerage House: Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan developer dan brokerage mitra (Produk: KPR dan Multiguna)
3. Companies : Menjalin hubungan baik dengan perusahaan mitra (produk :Kredit Mitrakarya dan KBA)
4. Dealers : Menjalin hubungan baik dengan dealer mitra (Product : Kredit Pemilikan Mobil)

V. KRITERIA
1. Minimal S1 atau pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dengan IPK minimal 2.75
2. Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam sales sebagai Sales Manager, atau 5 tahun sebagai Sales Officer
3. Usia berkisar antara 28 - 35 tahun
4. Memiliki pengalaman dalam hubungan dengan developer dan dealer
5. Memiliki kemampuan menjual dan presentasi yang baik
6. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik
7. Memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang baik
8. Menguasai produk-produk Consumer Loan
9. Berorientasi kepada target
10. Memiliki alat transportasi

Fund manager – Head of Asset Management Division ( SFM )
Qualifications :
· Male / Female
· Has obtained M1 License
· At least 5 years experience as Fund Manager
· Able to generate Financial Analysis and Company Cash flow
· Proficiency in Technical Analysis
· Able to work in team environment
· Proficiency in oral & written in English

Investment Banker – Head of Corporate Finance Division (SCF)
Qualifications :
· Male / Female
· Has obtained WPEE license
· Has proven track record in Corporate Finance including advisory, structuring and underwriting
· MBA in Business or Finance or Accounting
· At least 5 years experience as Investment Banker / Corporate Finance Officer
· Able to work in team environment
· Proficiency in oral & written English
