ORACLE DEVELOPER

The Role:
- Design, and develop application
- Develop and optimize SQL queries
- Thoroughly test fixes and enhancements
- Play a role in maintenance, technical support, and administration of the
application.

About The Role

The purpose of the role is to work as part of the Oracle Finance team
delivering Application support. This Responsibility will involve working
with our IT users, other teams within IT department.
The current expectation is that the Oracle developer will be
based in Jakarta. Full-Time positions available.

Experience Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications
• S1 or university graduate
• Experience in Oracle programming : PL/SQL
. Minimum 1 years of oracle programming experience
• Have knowledge in Unix is advantage

Qualities Required
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

1. Liaison and Communication Officer

Responsibilities:

Produce all project-related communication materials.
· Collect, update and analyze data regarding the progress of the project through regular field visit.
· Develop, update and review advertorials, press release, etc.
· Propose other communication initiatives to the partners.
· Gather and archive pictures, video and other communication material

Organize/attend communication events.
· Organize PR/communication events (media briefing, press conference, presentations) .
· Attend events as ACF representative.

Facilitate communication related initiatives.
· Plan field visit, organize and attend field visit of journalists, communication agency and other stakeholders.

Ensure a smooth partnership between ACF, main financial partners and its communication/ PR contractor.
· Attend and take minutes of meeting with partners.
· Formulate recommendation on communication related-matters from ACF perspectives.
· Follow up the communication activities time table and update it.
· Interface between ACF technical department and other entities.

Participates in elaborating other project related material.
· Design and translation of technical documents.

Desired Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skill; capacity to manage a multi-actors work relationship.
Outstanding oral and written skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Well organized and dynamic person of smart appearance.
Understand the function and rationales of humanitarian projects (logic of intervention community based approach).
Familiar with the PR/communication/ advertising world.
WASH technical knowledge.
Mobility and versatility.

2. Head of Programme Disaster Preparedness

Terms of Reference

Post Title: Head of Program Disaster Preparedness Jakarta
Location/Duty Station: Jakarta
Starting Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
1. Senior technical expertise on Community Based Disaster Risk Management within the programme.
· Provide necessary technical guidance to the team
· Guarantee the appropriateness of the approach and quality of the programme
· Stimulate exchange of information and developing approaches for urban community-based disaster risk reduction.
2. Manage the community based disaster preparedness programme in Jakarta.

Ensure proper programme implementation including administrative and logistics issue
General management of the Jakarta programme staff
Evaluation and monitoring Jakarta programme.
Report writing and preparation programme documents
3. Coordinate the disaster preparedness activities with other local. Stakeholders and facilitate the setting up of operational partnership.

4. Participate in the capitalization on ACF’s disaster preparedness activities in the urban context of Jakarta.

Provide information and analysis on disaster preparedness/ risk reduction initiatives in urban context.
Identify possible mitigation measures that could be implemented to strengthen ACF DRR programme
Participate in the capitalization paper on ACF’s experience in community based disaster preparedness in Jakarta’s urban context.
5. Support fund raising activities: identify and develop network with donor agencies, and do proposal writing.


Desired Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in leading and managing a programme.
Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in disaster management.
Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in participatory approach or community development.
Experience in handling and cooperating with government, NGOs, private sector and communities.
Experience in project proposal writing.
Have good advocacy skill.
Understand gender issue, poverty, and environment.
Strong interpersonal skill; capacity to manage a multi-actors work relationship.
Outstanding oral and written skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
