Pendidikan min. S1 Profesi Psikologi dari universitas terkemuka baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri, usia max. 30 tahun
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang recruitment & assessment center, berpenampilan menarik, mampu berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dalam tim, mampu berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulis.

YUNIOR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY ( Code : YES – Mils )

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the Executive in administrative functioning: filing, arrangement of meeting schedule, handling incoming and outgoing letters, designing letter draft.
· Plan and arrange schedule for the Executive business trip.
· Plan and organize meetings and special event.
· Responsible for minutes of meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Female, maximum age 25 years old.
· Minimum Diploma/D3 in Secretary, from LPK Tarakanita is preferable.
· Cooperative, polite, trustworthy and good interpersonal skill.
· Have an experience as secretary, experience as expatriate secretary is preferable.
· Have excellent communications skills both oral and written in Bahasa and English.
· Have knowledge and experience in operating MS Office such as Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, Power Point.
· Able to design draft for documents/reports and correspondence.
· Able to work under pressure.
· For contract basis 3 months.
