To support our growing operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly
qualified candidates for the following position :

1. Technical Professional Log Analyst (Code: Log Analyst)

Assists in making recommendations to customers for well completions or
new well sites. Conducts work requiring judgment in the independent
evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques,
procedures, and criteria. Maintains an awareness of new technologies.
Responsible for monitoring the quality of tool and log response based
upon hole conditions, geology, and reservoir fluid properties within a
NWA/ Country.

Requirements:
1. Minimum education S-1 (Petroleum Engineering)
2. Has 2-3 years experience in Production Logging (PL) interpretation.
3. Proficiency in Computer (PL software, windows, office etc)
4. Fluency in English both written and spoken
5. Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with others
effectively
6. Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia and Globally

2. HR GENERALIST, SR (code: Sr. HR)

Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs
covering several or all of the following area: recruitment, staffing,
training, compensation and benefit, and other administrative
functions. Works under only general supervision, and may assist in
developing policies. Guides line management regarding the
interpretation and application of Human Resources (HR) policies and
procedures. Develops and recommends HR programs and processes to
improve efficiency and productivity. Job tasks correctly performed
impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or
operations.

Requirements:
More than 8 years experience in Human Resource. Broad knowledge and
exposure in: Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development,
Industrial Relation. In Depth technical competence and proven
experience in Compensation and Benefit or in Training & Development is
prefered. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Education:
Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university.
