Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all HR activities for the area including attraction, selection, reward
& compensation, development & reassignment of personnel.
• Keeps abreast of legislation affecting human resources; trains management & monitors
Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Acts as a focal point for assigned area or functions, answers questions & provides
information ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements.
• Conducts recruitment effort for all levels of personnel. Includes new-employee
orientations, employee relations counseling & conducts exit interviews.
• Monitors integrity in the preparation, maintenance& updating of Company systems & HR
information to ensure that all pertinent personnel information are properly captured,
effectively managed& maintained at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum Degree in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian HR practices & regulations.
• Demonstrated good management & organizational skills.
• Ethical, resourceful, self-motivated & self-starter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good fluent written and oral English is
essential.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative & assertiveness.
• Ability to plan & manage work in an efficient manner & work well under stress & time
pressures.
