· Minimal S-1 preferred majoring Law, Communication and Perbankan
· Min. 2 years working experience the same position

· Practical understanding and established experience in handling complaint customers
· Ability to work independently
· Able to work in a team
· Proficiency of job skills MS Word, excel and Power Point
