Urgently need :Titile; Project Manage, Retail Business Experience

Client: Sears Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6-12 months(contract)

Job Description: Ø Understand business strategy and know to structure
business projects and organize various streams of work

Ø Frequent communication with Senior Management and project owners regarding
project activities, status, issues and changes

Ø Interact with SPOCs for various business areas and assist them with high
level project management activities, as needed

Ø Provide project management assistance for critical projects projects

Ø Conduct deep dive reviews of each initiative to ensure teams have detailed
plans in place and are reporting on critical path milestones

Ø Day to day management and coordination of initiatives for each Business
area

Ø Develop presentations, spreadsheets and reports as requested by
Management.

Skill set:

Ø Strong Project Management Experience

Ø Excellent communication skills

Ø Ability to interact with senior management

Ø Should have experience in managing multiple projects (> $1M each)

Ø Must have ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment

Ø Should have experience in developing project/program management processes
and tools

Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent.

Ø 5-7 years experience in project or team management

Ø Mastery skill level in Excel, Word, MS Project and PowerPoint
