LAND ADMINISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Coordinator in maintaining and updating legal
documentations of Land Matter: Permits, Licenses, Maps, Certificates,
Agreements, etc
• Assisting the Coordinator in collecting and updating applicable Laws
and Regulations (National and Local) on Land Matter related to Company
business operation and interest
• Assisting the Coordinator in organizing land data and information system
• Assisting the Coordinator in analyzing applicable Laws and Regulations
• Assisting the Coordinator in preparing and implementing Land Matter
management processes and ensuring ongoing work to comply with
management process
• Ensuring the implementation processes are complying with Laws and
Regulations and Company Business Ethics and Values
Qualifications and Experience:
• University Degree
• Computer and data management skills
• Three (3) years experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Legal (in land
acquisition is preferable)
• Has strong analytical skill, details (process oriented) and independent
• Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Has commitment to promote Company Values and Ethics
LAND ACQUISITIION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• Conducting Land Status and Ownership Identification, Compensation
Assessment, Socialization and Negotiation under supervision of the
Team Leader in order to ensure the implementation of Land Matter
Management Process accordingly
• In coordination with Development / External Relation Team to
maintain communication and relation with local stakeholders (Local
Government, Land Owners and others) in executing Land Acquisition
• Supporting Land Management Team in collecting and updating any
relevant and applicable Local Regulations and Policies under
supervision of Team Leader
• Supporting Field Operation Management Team (Exploration and
Exploitation) in handling Land issue in the field under supervision of
the Deputy Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
• University Degree / Diploma in Communication, Psychology, Education,
Law or Social Science
• Has sufficient understanding on Community / Local Culture,
Government Structure and Organization and Public Policy
• Five (5) years experience in Land Acquisition (in field operation is
preferable)
• Has strong communication and interpersonal relation skills and integrity
• Has experience in problem solving (conflict resolution), team player
and target oriented
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Has commitment to promote Company Values and Ethics
INFORMATION ANALYST - BUSINESS CONTINUITY
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and information to identify local trends and risks and
consequences of a particular event.
• Publish at corporate level, regional headquarters and BU, reports
and summaries on political, social, economic and security developments
and conditions in the region and their implications for the Company
(especially Indonesia).
• Conduct due diligence assessments on potential partners and
determine the levels of risk with business involvement
• Draft, prepare and produce bilingual (English and Indonesian)
reports in the form of summaries, investigations, assessments, audits,
surveys, and studies
• Prepare, maintain and produce summary reports of Business Continuity
activity.
• Assist as a member of the BU Emergency response group in the event
of an incident, emergency or crisis
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree Qualification preferably in Political Science, Business
Administration, International Relations, Macro-economics, Modem
History and/or Conflict Studies, other degrees will be considered.
• Previous experience with the information cycle (collection,
collation, analysis and dissemination) including the analysis of
complex issues and the provision of advice and comment to senior
management.
• Ability to write concise, accurate and brief reports in English
BUSINESS CONTINUITY OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• Develop a data collection plan and templates for the Infrastructure
study on COPI facilities.
• Visit all COPI sites on a regular basis to understand Business
Continuity issues. Provide reports and formats that will form the
basis of the SVA program.
• Establish and coordinate an SVA program that ensures COPI is
prepared for Audit and Compliance requirements including ISPC and
Global Security.
• Prepare, maintain and produce summary reports of Business Continuity
activity.
• Other tasks as directed.
• Assist as a member of the BU Emergency response group in the event
of an incident, emergency or crisis
Qualifications end Experience:
• Degree Qualification preferably in Risk Management. International
relations, Business Administration, Modern History and/or Conflict
Studies. Other degrees will be considered.
• Ability to write concise, accurate and brief reports in English §
Ability to provide oral presentations in English.
• Familiarity with the ISPS code and SVA processes
TRAVEL & CONFERENCE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to oversee all travel related activities, to ensure
accordance with company policies and procedures; performs all duties
of the office to account for all travel related expenditures.
Qualifications and Experience:
• S1 Degree, in any discipline, majoring in Finance/travel management
would be preferred
• Strong knowledge in travel management, corporate travel policies and
procedures
• 2 years minimum at supervisory position
• Fluent in English, verbal and writing. TOEIC minimum score is: 1+
Intermediate (405-600).
