DATA ANALYST & IT HELP DESK

About the Program

BISMA has implemented micro credit development program to strengthen Micro Finance Institution (MFI) since 2003. The program covers:
a) financial assistance and technical assistance to improve MFI capacity in providing financial access to economically active poor and
b) evaluation of program impact at the level of MFI and beneficiary.

Job Purpose:
Data Analyst and IT Help Desk is expected to
a) contribute in data management of MFI and Micro Borrowers for internal management control and evaluation and, b) provide assistance to all staff handling daily trouble shooting in Local Area Network including maintenance of Local Area Network. The position is based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
1.Input information of MFI and Micro Borrowers into software system;
2.Ensure all MFI and Micro Borrowers data is properly documented in the software system;
3.Compile and analyze overall MFI and Micro Borrower data for the purpose of accessing the impact of micro finance program;
4.Design and prepare periodical report containing the summary of information of MFI and Micro Borrower
for the purpose of donor reporting, government reporting and other stakeholders reporting;
5.Response helpdesk enquiries and provide assistance for users in day to day troubleshooting
6.Routine installation and maintenance of desktop computer, desktop application and LAN hardware;
7.Setup user account for access to the network and application;
8.Ensure satisfactory implementation of IT code of ethics.

Qualifications:
1.Minimum D3 graduate from reputable university/college (majoring in Management Information Technology
is preferably);
2.Having 1-2 years working experience;
3.Intermediate to advance knowledge on Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Powerpoint), Local Area Network based on MS Windows server (knowledge in SPSS program is an
advantage);
4.Solid understanding on IT organizations, procedures and softwares;
5.Having a good analytical and sense of computer trouble shooting for IT problem solving;
6.Able to communicate in English (verbal and written);
7.Ability to work within tight deadlines and to wrok in a team and a multicultural setting
