1. Shift Manager – Based in Cakung : Second Shift - Jakarta
Maersk Logistics Indonesia is an established and developed business managing in

businesses, we are now seeking a Shift Manager, to run the second shift (16:00 –
00:00) based in our Jakarta warehouse facility in Cakung.
Reporting to Operations Manager, the incumbent shall manage day to day warehouse
operation directly through a team warehouse of supervisors, communicating correct
operational standard procedures and assigning duties.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the warehouse operations team
Ensure adherence with operational processes
Ensure attendance monitoring for all staff is maintained
Control the daily work flow to ensure agreed service levels are met or exceeded
Ensure no accounting errors within the warehouse operation
Deliver at least one quantifiable improvement to operations by provision of better information
Conduct the operations meeting at least once every month
Develop process maps for Warehouse Cakung operation
Conduct a necessary training for new staff

Overall operational performances of the projects, ensuring all KPIs are exceeded for all assigned project sites
