The biggest offshore fabricator in Indonesia and one of the largest offshore construction companies in the world requires proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

ASSEMBLY ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (AES)

Essentials job duties:
• Manage Assembly Engineering department operation inclusive
administration, providing resources and engineering supports (heavy
lift, loadout and relevant construction design / analysis works) for
on going projects and bids.
• Liaise internally with others department in PT. McDermott Indonesia
and externally with Client, design engineering offices, Marine
Warranty Surveyor or sub

contractors related with Assembly Engineering works.

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with Structural
Engineering background from a reputable university.
• 7+ years experience record in Fabrication Offshore Industry.
• Has strong organizational and leadership skill.
• Familiar with offshore construction method and structural analysis
requirement

for construction process.
• Familiar with Standard Code that applied for structural fabrication
(DNV, AISC, API and AWS)
• Familiar with all construction lift, method include heavy lift
equipment requirement.
• Familiar with load out method include equipment requirement.
• Familiar with reviewing soil investigation report.
• Familiar with other construction support activities : foundation
design, weighing, and offloading.
• Strong communication skill : Indonesian and English, oral and written.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fabrication / construction environment.
