QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor Degree and/OR Diploma with corresponding
certificates related to the job description.
Experience: at least 5-10 years for each position

1. Security System Engineer (Exp in Advanced
Multimedia electronics Integrated security systems,
CCTV, IP Telephony, Security Intercom Network, Thermal
Image Perimeter camera Network, Motion Detectors, Road
Blockers, Turnstile, Security X-ray, Finger Print
Detection, Radar Sensors & Night Vision Systems)

2. Coastal Surveillance System (CSS) Master
(Experience as VTS Master or Coastal Surveillance
System Master in commanding, planning, scheduling &
coordinating the voyages, patrolling & missions.
Expertise in operation of Radar, Electronic vector
chats, GPS, VMS(voyage management systems)Direction
Finders, AIS ( Automatic Identification System),
Thermal Image Systems, Marine VHF/HF, GMDSS, Weather
Systems, Tidal & Hydrographic Systems)

3. Naval Architecture Engineer (Expertise in checking
the Design/Construction drawings and specifications of
all types of Boats/Small Ships/vessels such as Coast
Guard Patrol Boats, Speedboat, Crew boat, Hover crafts
and Logistics boats, extensive knowledge in the
International standards for construction of different
types of Vessels related to Architecture and provision
of Hull, Range, etc, and also construction ideas of
Electrical , Mechanical, Communication Systems,
Integrated Bridge Systems, GMDSS and Interior works
such as Painting & Wooden structures.)

4. Marine System Analyst (Exp in resource analysis of
available coastal surveillance systems, technology,
missions, services, mission aids, skills of manpower &
training strategies. Should be capable of preparing
and archiving sensitive reports such as Crime rate,
Political stability, various Threats anticipation,
Social stability, Social security, Cross border
violations from the sources of Mission Techniques and
Coastal Surveillance Systems & aids)

5. Training Coordinator (Exp in HR development in
large sized organizations such as Navel academy
training centers, cost guard/para-military / Military
Academies training center)

6. Network Administrator (Experience as CCNP in admin
of LAN, VPN, VLAN & WAN, routers & routing protocols,
and Cisco Works NMS. Experience in Windows operating
systems & Exchange Server, Network Hardware is must.)

7. Technical Support (Computer) - PC maintenance.
Experience in LAN/WAN & TCP/IP Networking, Install,
upgrade & setup computer workstations, printers &
other required

8. Library Administrator - (Experience as a Librarian
in reputed organization such as Universities, research
institutions, etc. Vast experience in maintaining
Library database using computer packages. Extensive
experience in Imaging Systems)

9. Radar & Navigation System Engineer (Extensive
exposure in installation, Testing, operation &
maintenance of coastal radar, E-charts system,
Automatic identification system(AIS) Network. VHP 8.
HF communication systems. GMDSS. Weather &
hydrographic systems, VHP direction finder (DF)Network
and Integrated Command Control System. Work experience
in Ship borne Integrated Bridge System. Experience in
the Internationally proven Coastal Radar and
Navigation systems such as STN Atlas. Litton Marine
System NOR Control, Raytheon and Thales)

10. Electro - Optical Engineer (Experience in
installation, testing, operation, evaluation &
commissioning of Electro Optical systems such as Multi
sensor integrated Thermal image systems/Day Light
Camera/ Laser Range Finder, Gen3,/3+ Night vision
system, CCTV network, Perimeter surveillance camera
network & under water optical system. Experience in
integration EO systems with various security systems
is essential.

11. Telecom Engineer (Experience in Installation,
operation, testing, commissioning & maintenance of
PDH/SDH/SONET Microwave carrier systems, Multiplexers,
VHF/HF communication systems, Network Management
systems, Thermal Image Camera & CCTV Network systems.
Experience in handling & preparing Preventive
maintenance schedule. Experience in VoIP integration
with PABX with respect to configuration and
maintenance)

12. Technical support (Security System)-Gross Sal
US$1000 Installation & troubleshooting of high voltage
security fence & associated electronics control
system. Experience in Integrated security systems,
CCTV,IP Telephony, Security Intercom Network, Thermal
Image Perimeter camera Network, Motion Detectors, Road
Block Turnstile, Security X-ray, Finger Print
Detection and Radar Sensors
13. Training Analyst (Experience as Analyst in
analyzing, Training programs, Syllabus, Schedule,
Evaluation Methodology, Simulation system, Tools,
Third party training proposals, Tenders, contract, in
large sized organization such as Navel academy
training centers, cost guard/para-military / Military
Academies training center.)

14. Chartered Accountant (Adequate experience in
accounting tools such as (Quicken. Talley or SAP),
capable of performing Finance management of the
Project In software tools, creating different
financial report with forecasting the Budget
requirement)

15. Quantity Surveyor (Experience as Quantity surveyor
in large scale companies expediting various projects.
Preparing Bill of Material. Compliance statements.
Bill of quantity & cost estimation. Capable of
conducting site survey, project survey & Spare survey
& prepare the reports.)

16. Draftsman (AutoCAD) Able to create .modify &
finalize the design, shop. As-built drawings of Civil.
Mechanical & Electrical drawings as on requirements.

17. Foremen (Arabic + English must) - Experience in
Pre-installation and post Installation activities of
integrated network security project, consist of marine
navigation system, security systems. telecommunication
systems, house keeping systems
