Tele Technology Specialist

Responsibility
•Demonstrated how Microsoft solutions add value to customer/Partner
•Understood the features, functions, and benefits of one category of
Microsoft products, which resulted in clearly articulated value
•Prepared for partner/or Microsoft conversations by reviewing
relevant information, which resulted in clear framing of issues and
analysis
•Developing the technical sales skills to support the customer
requirements.
•Gaining an understanding of overall sales process and solution
selling
•Learning to appropriately translate customer needs into business
value

Requirements
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
•At least 3 years of related technology experience
•Having good knowledge in SQL Language (Advantage if understand SQL
Server
2000/2005/2008) , Windows Server, and active directory
•Customer credibility – a history of first hand experiences in
project delivery to draw upon when talking with customers.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
