PT MAKANAN SEHAT NUSANTARA, a growing healthy food company, is currently looking for professional and highly motivated candidates to fill the following positions :

1. HEAD OF PRODUCTION (Code : HOP)
Responsibilities :
· Reporting the achievement of set quality and quantity targets in production.
· To digest and plan production schedule.
· Coordinating the production operations to ensure achievement of production targets, both quality and quantity wise, within schedule.
· Responsible for Production Planner and Logistic to adjust production schedule and man power required.
· Train and motivate subordinates and ensure the highest level of motivation within the team.
· Responsible to increase efficiency & productivity, cost/quality/ inventory control of the process and budget management.
· To implement production process based on HACCP System & Quality Management System.
· Keep clean all machineries.
· Co-operate with QA to establish the Food Safety Team (GKM).

Requirements :
· Male/female, age 30-35 years old.
· Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Fisheries Processing Technology / Food Technology with min GPA 3.00 from reputable local or overseas university.
· Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably experienced in fisheries processing production on FMCG/franchise company.
· Strong knowledge in fisheries processing.
· Deep Understanding on GMP & Food Hygiene of fisheries processing (HACCP System).
· Deep understanding on Quality & Food Safety Management System.
· Excellent in Indonesia and English (both oral and written).
· Computer literate.
· Excellent leadership skills and problem solving skill, high motivated, able to work under pressure, highly analytical skill, creative and Innovative.
· Good interpersonal and communication skill.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF (Code : QAS)
Responsibilities :
· Reporting directly to QA.
· To control & monitor all product and process quality parameters of manufacturing process include raw material, production process, storage, and distribution.
· To report & analyze the findings related to quality, food safety & healthy.
· To implementation and socialization all ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP procedures.
· Work together with marketing team on controlling and monitoring all activity related to quality and food safety.
· Co-operate with QA to establish the Food Safety Team (GKM).

Requirements :
· Male/female, age 24-28 years old.
· Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Fisheries Processing Technology / Food Technology with min GPA 3.00 from reputable local or overseas university.
· Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably experienced in fisheries processing production on FMCG/franchise company.
· Good knowledge in fisheries processing.
· Good knowledge on implementing ISO 9001:2000, HACCP System or other quality management system requirement.
· Deep Understanding on GMP & Food Hygiene of fisheries processing (HACCP System).
· Deep understanding on Quality & Food Safety Management System.
· Excellent in Indonesia and English (both oral and written).
· Computer literate.
· Excellent leadership skills and problem solving skill, high motivated, able to work under pressure, highly analytical skill, creative and Innovative.
· Good interpersonal and communication skill.
· Own motorcycle would be advantage.
