We invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven
competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives with base in
Makassar office:

1. AIRCRAFT PILOT TRAINEE (Code : APTEX)

Purpose of the Role
To provide Indonesian National pilots for Piper Cheyenne II aircraft for cloud seeding flight
operations. This includes planning, and post-instruction reviews. To perform cloud
seeding flight operation whenever conditions exist for the successful completion of
project.

Requirements:
- Minimum F.A.A. & for DGAC Commercial / Inst. Pilot License
- Minimum rating of 500 flight hour as pilot captain in multi engine aircraft.
- Meets requirements as stated in CASR 135 and OGP.
- NOTE: There is no "License" for Cloud Seeding. All training in respect to Cloud Seeding
Techniques and policies is administered "On-The-Job" . Normal training period is a
minimum of three years.
- Good English/Indonesian language skills

2. AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (Code : ARCEX)

Purpose of the Role
To provide technical assistance, in the maintaining of all equipment on or related to the
Piper Cheyenne .11 aircraft to achieve high safety and reliability, specially outfitted for
cloud seeding, and utility flight as required. Candidate will be responsible for assisting in
all aspects of maintaining all aircraft systems, to and including, but not limited to,
airframe, engines, avionics, and other subsystems aboard aircraft, and preparing for FAA
Exams. Responsibilities shall also include ensuring adequate ground support is available
and in proper working condition, and when required shall report deficiencies to supervisor
for proper corrective action.

Requirements:
- Minimum D.G.A.C. Certificated Airman
- Minimum 3 Years Airframe and Power-plant
- Good English/Indonesian language skills

3. TECHNICAL TRAINING SYSTEM SPECIALIST (Code : TSSPEX)

Purpose of the role:
To ensure the implementation of successful technical training and assessment systems at
PT Inco so that the technical competencies of workers are properly maintained and
recorded as appropriate to the demands of their employment.

Requirements:
- S1 in Engineering or Training related discipline with at least 7 years experiences in
similar job.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a best-practice competency based
technical training system.
- Good English/Indonesian language skills

4. EHS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR (Code : SEIEX)

Purpose of the role:
To support the area manager to achieve their EHS accountabilities based on PT. Inco's
requirement and government regulations.

Requirements:
- S1 Engineering & Science
- 5 years in Mining or Oil & Gas Company
- Certified Pengawas Operational Madya (POM) by ESDM
- Good English/Indonesian language skills
