Responsible for driving the recruitment effort throughout the company.

•Coordinates recruitment and selection process, through interview, psychological assessment, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers throughout the organization.

Responsible for discovering and utilizing innovative recruitment and sourcing methods: advertisements, job fairs, e-jobs posting, networking. and other creative recruiting methods.

•Initiates, develops and maintains a variety of vendor partnerships and networks in order to increase company visibility and promote recruitment strategies.

••Works intensive with managers to define their needs and execute hiring plans.

•Tracks recruitment costs, effectiveness and other metrics.


College degree majoring in psychology

Preferably 2++ years in handling recruitment

•Strong communication skills, English is must, - both oral and written

•Able to read, analyze and interpret general business statistics

High level of energy and enthusiasm including strong interpersonal skills, initiative and self- motivated.

•Computer savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office programs

••Willing to travel extensively with a high level of autonomy

••Good knowledge in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation is preferable
