Office Manager (based in Gresik) (until : April 4, 2007)

community, the Ujung Pangkah facility is set to produce initially gas
for power generation and create a sustainable success story for the
region. If you have excellent administration skills and experience in
oil and gas production operations or related industry, a good working
knowledge of English, and will be happy to be based in Gresik, we are

that will bring this project to fruition.

OFFICE MANAGER

Key responsibilities

Managing General Affairs and Employee Service function in OPF Gresik
which includes:

* Building Management:

- Manage and maintain office building, facilities and
office equipments, including office-related permits and reports to
respective government institutions, catering/meal arrangement, office
domestic wage management, employee uniform

- Manage Receptionist, office boy, cleaning service,
driver and security service through third party

- Ensure that the office and workplace are clean,
comfortable and safe.

- Manage pool car arrangement for employees, including
scheduling, maintenance and security of pool cars, monitor and control
pool cars service by contractor

* Procurement and inventory:

- Deal with Supply Chain Management dept, and represent
Operations in bidding meeting

- Ensure all procurement process and activities fully
comply to Hess and BPMIGAS standard and regulations

- Ensure that the OPF is well supplied and inventories
are recorded properly.

* Prepare budget, and monitor expenses

- Prepare annual budget for General Affairs in OPF,
control and monitor cash expenses

- Manage petty cash and monitor relevant expenses

- Ensure all accounting/finance process and activities
fully comply to Hess and BPMIGAS standard and regulations

Job requirement & qualifications:

* A degree in an Accounting/Finance, Management/Administ rations is
preferable, with minimum of 7 years in either Finance/Accounting,
Procurement, General Administration and Office role preferably in a
multinational oil and gas company.

* Supervisory role experience

* Comprehensive understanding of relevant government regulations and
ability to merge the requirements of Government (BP MIGAS) in regards to
Procurement, Finance and Accounting Procedures with Company's standard
requirement

* General affairs and office service knowledge, general administration
and filing system, oil and gas business in general

* Fluency in spoken and written English, computer literacy (Word,
Excel, internet, e mail, Powerpoint, preferred: Synergy, Taproot, SAP)
