Travel Co. as Sales & Operational Staff (until: May 15, 2007)

A well organized and growing tour operator specialized for Asia Tour Package, based in Bangkok and Jakarta is now seeking several staffs for Sales & Operational Department to be placed in Jakarta.

Title : Sales & Operational Staff (4 person)

Placement : Jakarta

Report to : Country Manager

Basic function and scope : The incumbent is responsible for
administering tour product from receiving quote from clients and
processes until offering price and accountable to Country Manager,
besides also doing product selling to prospective clients.

Duties performed :

1. Actively doing product selling to travel & tour companies via
direct visit or internet
2. Following up tour request from clients by providing tour quotation
3. To record and maintain client visit by doing sales program
4. To be ready as Tour Leader in Asia countries as needed
5. To report sales progress to Country Manager
6. To do another job assigned by superior

Minimum requirement :

1. Diploma in Tour Academy or relevant
2. Minimum 2 year experience as Tour Staff
3. Other skills : English proficiency, computer skill (MS Office)

Special knowledge :

1. Ability to make Tour Quotation
2. Internet literacy is a must (email, net meeting, etc.)
3. Well known of Asia Tour Destination, successfull candidate will be
trained also in Bangkok
