Project Manager (PM)

• Male
• Degree in Mine Engineering
• Strong leadership capability, initiative, planning & organizing skills, team work, problem
solving, time management, interpersonal skills, client focus & be result driven
• Preferably in mine planning, mine operation of exploitation, experienced in geology/
mineral mining (nickel, base metal)
• Willing to be placed on site

Administration Support Manager (ASM)

• Male/Female
• Bachelor degree in Management/ Accounting or equivalent
• Preferably in administration, Logistic, Management or other business operation

Site Manager (SM)

• Male
• Degree in Geological/ Mine Engineering
• Preferably in geological/ mine operation and experience in mining project

Legal Manager (LM)

• Male/Female
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law
• Strong analytic skill and great business sense
• Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent

Nursery Manager (NM)

• Male
• Minimum bachelor degree in Forestry/Agricultur e
• Having experiences in dealing with related Government institutions (especially for
permit issuance)

Senior Geologist/Mine Engineer (SG/ME)

• Male
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Geological/ Mine Engineering
• Familiar with geological/ mine modeling and technical service and operation support
• Computer literate (Surfer, Map Info, Mine Com or other related mining software)
• Willing to be placed on site

Executive Secretary (ES)

• Female
• Minimum D3 secretary from reputable academy
• Having experience in secretarial and administration tasks
• Excellent computer literate
• Good knowledge in filling system and correspondence

Finance Manager (FM)

• Male/Female
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accountancy
• Having experience in financial risk management
• Willing to be placed on site

Human Resources Manager (HR)

• Male/Female
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
• Excellent human relation skill
• Having experience in training & development
• Good in organization and development skill
• Good experience in benefit & compensation skills
• Familiar in Labor Law of Indonesia

General Requirements:

• Having experiences at least 5 years in the same fields or in the same business for: PM,
SM, NM, SG/ME, HR, 3 years experience for: ASM & FM, and 1 year experience for ES
• Age 23 - 40 years old
• Good communication skills in English both oral and written
