Senior Mining Superintendent

1. Senior Mining Superintendent (Ref. No. 327338)

Reporting to the Mine Manager, this position will be based in
Kalimantan/ Project Site to lead, organise and control the project
resources to meet the needs of both the company and the client and to
maximise the achievement of the company's objectives. Manage high
safety standard and safe work practice applied all the times. To
participate in securing and subsequently to deliver projects to the
required standard or quality, on time to budget.

This position requires: minimum of 10 years experience in large open
cut mining industry in similar role; with qualifications in mining
engineering or similar discipline; experienced in mine planning,
subcontract management, cost and staff management; excellent
communication in English both written and verbal; team player, and
possess "Madya" Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate is preferred.

2. Staff Development Superintendent (Ref. No. 339135)

Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, this position will be
based in Jakarta, to manage Staff Development Processes within Thiess:
Career Path & Development Planning for staff; Leadership and Cross
Culture Training; Technical Staff Development; Undergraduate Program
Management; Staff Education Assistance including External Study; Site
Work Experience Coordination; Language Training & Translation Support;
Understudy the Organisation and Development Manager in the management
of TCI Performance Management process; Management of High Potential
Employees.

This position requires: minimum of 5 years working experience in a
major organisation in training or HR Generalist role; Degree in HR or
Management or a related discipline; Mining or construction site
experience is preferred; Excellent communication in English both
written & verbal and team player.
