SENIOR PSYCHOLOGIST (code Psy)

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
2. Assessment Development
3. Coaching & Counseling
4. Campus recruitment

Parties:
Internal: International Group Recruitment, Business Unit, Department,
and Division
External: Universities, Consultants

Requirements:
a. Willing to work in KERINCI (Pekanbaru, Sumatera)
b. Psychologist degree (bachelor or profession degree)
c. Strong analytical thinking
d. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and maximum age 30 years old
e. Experience in Recruitment field from worldwide manufacturing would
be highly advantageous, Having SIP (Surat Ijin Praktek) and
registered as HIMPSI member is advantaged).
f. Familiar with recruitment best practices method
